For instance, Fibonacci spirals are not especially common. Your source never claims that they are found in nature; it just makes the extremely weak claim that spirals are found in nature. This has nothing to do with the Fibonacci sequence unless they are Fibonacci spirals, so that section should be omitted if you ask me.
