Especially in India, property prices have only risen. & then yet again, dont banks have pre-checks for the borrowers which accordingly determine the category the borrowers fall into (for example - prime, sub prime). We here in India, the monthly payments for a housing loan is an ACH debit from our bank accounts, mostly at the beginning of the month for salaried borrowers.
