Cosmology is unique among the science because many of its theories cannot be tested in experiments. So should we even call it a science? This is the kind of question discussed at the International Philosophy of Cosmology, which took place in Tenerife in September 2014. We talked to one of the main speakers, the mathematician and astronomer Bernard Carr, about how cosmology, meta-cosmology and the multiverse.
