Hi there, The "equation for the Higgs boson" is given by it's action, 2/3 of the way down the wikipedia page on the Higgs mechanism.

The maths is pretty hardcore though, I certainly can't follow it but am occasionally lucky enough to have a vague explanation of it from people who do understand it!

You might also be interested in our article Particle hunting at the LHC and I've been told the text-book "Dynamics of the Standard Model" by Donoghue, Golowich and Holstein provides more detail on the maths.
