"Finally, the waste food passes into the large intestine and then out of the body through a valve called the illeocecal sphincter."

There's some confusion and misidentification here. Contents of the small intestine pass into the large intestine through the ileocecal valve (not a sphincter), a one-way valve that prevents backflow of colonic bacteria into the small intestine. Waste exits the body through the anus, which is a sphincter.
