Sexual statistics: The podcast

Book cover

Every day we are bombarded with statistics about sex. How many times we think of it a day, how many times we do it, and with how many people. But how do we know which of those numbers can be believed?

David Spiegelhalter's new book Sex by numbers aims to give people the tools to critically assess the statistics they read in the news — and tells some great stories along the way. In this podcast Spiegelhalter gives us some of his favourite snippets from the book. (You can also watch our interview as a video or read the associated article.)
