Can we predict the future?... However, to answer our first question, chaos cannot be used to predict the future. As far as I know nothing can do that!

My answer to that question is:

“Any country's economy mostly falls within the green boundary (predictable area) of the Nest (the economic space), when its surface is almost linear (in rates), the situation is nonchaotic, and there is no high sensitivity to initial conditions. Forecasting and planning are possible with a reasonable level of accuracy and likelihood, in the short term of up to three years. Occasionally, during politically chaotic times (especially in times of armed conflicts), some countries unwillingly find themselves in a rush towards the dangerous red zone (unpredictable area). In this zone, a country approaches the critical chaotic areas along with a continuous rise of sensitivity to the economic system's initial conditions, and loses control.”
